Gahhhh! It's here! It's here! It's finally here! In less than half an hour I will head off to the airport, and in less than 4 hours I will be in the air, heading to London! The bag is packed (with even a little room to spare!)- I've got my passport, maps, books, iPod....all the necessities for 71 days on the road!
I'm not going to lie, it's a little scary...okay, a LOT scary, but sometimes you gotta push yourself out of your comfort zone so that you can experience things you never would get the chance to do otherwise. Oftentimes we get stuck in our everyday routine- I've been a victim of that too!- just because its easy and uncomplicated. But why not throw a little twist in there sometimes?! Why not try something new- and it doesn't have to involve packing up your bags and heading to Europe- it can be little stuff like making a new recipe for dinner, learning a new language, trying a new ethnic restaurant...
Okay, enough of me being introspective and insightful- I've got a plane to catch! I will try and update my blog as often as I can and I hope to hear back from you too! xoxoxoxo
